Orders are shipped the next day and delivered within 1-3 business days.
Products can be returned, even if you have leftover packs of diapers, for example. We will refund the amount to your account after receiving the products. The return costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We currently deliver in the Netherlands and Flanders (BE).
When you buy something, it's your job to make sure you give us the correct information. If the delivery goes wrong because you made a mistake, we're not responsible if the order gets lost (partially or completely). If we need more info to send the delivery, we'll get in touch. This might make the delivery take a bit longer.
We'll do everything we can to deliver your order to the address you gave us within the expected delivery time. If there's a delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible after you've placed the order. If that happens, you can cancel the agreement without paying anything. We're responsible if the delivery gets lost or damaged until it's delivered, unless we've agreed otherwise.
If you get a product you didn't order, please let us know by email as soon as possible (within 24 hours of getting the order). You'll need to send the product back after we've talked about it, and we'll pay for the return costs.
If you get a product that's damaged or incomplete, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. You can use the email address or phone number below. We'll then decide how to sort it out. In most cases, you'll get a new product straight away, but sometimes you might need to send the product back first. If you send the product back without contacting us first, we won't be able to refund the costs you paid for the return.
If the order gets lost during delivery or if you say you haven't received it (even if the tracking information says otherwise), we'll start an investigation with the delivery company. To keep you happy, we'll sort out a solution for you as quickly as possible. Usually, we'll wait for the investigation to finish before sending a new product or refunding the money. Both we and you need to help the delivery company as much as possible.
If a delivery hasn't arrived at your address 14 days after the delivery date, you need to contact us by email within 14 days (so, no later than 28 days after the delivery date).
