Books can be returned as long as the seal is not broken. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. After receiving your return, we will credit the amount within 5 working days. We use the same payment method that you used. The refund is free of charge.
To register a return, please contact us at hello@readyforpotty.com. Please include your order number and the items you would like to return. After registration, we will send you return instructions. It is really important that you first register the return with us, because without a return notification we unfortunately cannot credit anything. For questions about returns you can always contact hello@readyforpotty.com.
Please check your order upon receipt. If it's damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
We don't accept returns on gift cards. In addition, we cannot accept a return if you have already started using the digital application (potty training).
Unfortunately, we cannot directly exchange items. So, if you'd prefer a different product, please register your received items as a return and place a new order for the correct items.
We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected the return. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
