Pee and poop schedule

A pee and poop schedule, potty schedule or poop diary is a simple record showing when a child drank, went to the potty and what happened. It shows times, events and sometimes brief notes.

Example: on Wednesday it says 09:30 "potty, peed" and 14:15 "pants wet." The end of the day shows when peeing or pooping occurred.
