Accident

An accident is unintentional loss of urine or feces in clothing. It can happen during play or distraction, even when exercise is already going well.

Example: a child runs outside and notices too late that he has to. Pants get wet while playing. Accidents are very normal. Even if the child is called "potty-trained" by day, accidents can still happen a few times a week.
