Constipation

Constipation means having difficulty or less frequent bowel movements due to hard or thickened stools. During potty training, this can lead to avoidance behavior or small accidents. Synonyms: obstipation.

For example: a child holds in stool and gets a stomach ache. Later, there's a small skid mark in their underwear.
