Reward system

A reward system is an established way of making success moments visible. It uses a simple summary or symbol to show that something has been accomplished, without being a prize.

Example: after a successful potty moment, a parent puts one mark on the daily chart with the child. The chart shows when it succeeded.

This is how it helps: a short, simple system makes progress visible. It remains secondary to words and daily routine.
