Good to know

  • Potty training comes more easily to some children than others. As a parent, you may sometimes worry. Or you may wonder if you’re doing it right. We understand that.
  • That’s why Ready for Potty is here to Ready for Potty your questions—whether through the online help desk, during Q&A sessions, or via chat.
  • Why not share your questions with other caregivers? Think of the daycare center, preschool, or childminder. They often have a lot of experience with potty training and know your child well. They’re happy to help you figure things out.
  • ‍Concerns? Are you worried about your child’s health, or is this all just too much for you? If so, talk to your child health clinic or family doctor. This is especially important if your child has a stomachache, is constipated or has diarrhea, or experiences pain when urinating. Don’t wait—ask for advice.

  • Feel free to ask questions—it’s all part of the process. You really don’t have to do this alone.
  • Visit the Ready for Potty help desk, chat, or Q&A session. We’re here to help.
  • Share your questions with the daycare center, childminder, or babysitter. They know your child well and have a lot of experience. They’re usually happy to help you figure things out.
  • Are you worried? See your family doctor or visit the child health clinic.
